1C31166G01 When used in professional spray polyurethane foam (SPF) equipment, AW-Lake JVM series positive displacement gear flowmeters provide a consistent and ultra-precise method of dispensing foam chemicals for small commercial projects such as taxicry, Marine construction and soundproofing products.

1C31166G01 In operation, the SPF machine pumps chemicals through hoses from two multi-gallon drums to the nozzle of the spray gun to form polyurethane foam. The pumps in spray foam equipment are not reliable enough to dispense the exact amount of chemicals.

1C31166G01 Unlike pumps, AW-Lake JVM series positive flow meters are less prone to drift, overspeed rotation or media slippage under pulsation, providing ultra-precise chemical dosing to SPF machines over time. To ensure service life and chemical compatibility, positive displacement flowmeters are designed with ball bearings for non-lubricating media, such as the chemicals used in this application.
