操作员站采用DELL 公司的商用机 , 交换机采用的是CISCO 的产品。该DCS以其支持带电插拔、简洁易用、功能强、组态方便、接线容易等诸多特点深受工控人的喜爱。CCPP采用了冗余Ovation DCS VWestinghouse西屋3.3.1,采用C/S结构，注册码授权，通讯协议采用以太网TCP/IP。

CCPP涉及煤气、蒸汽和发电机组，都是对安全要求极高的设备。稍有不慎，轻则会出现机组退出，严重者会出现爆炸事故。来不得半点马虎。为此，针对CCPP这样的工艺特点，在下载前，必须做好充分的事故应急预案工作，制订切实有效的安全防范措施，如将该控制器控制的所有重要运行设备，如运行允许全部切换为就地运行，所有通讯点进行隔离，并将与其对应控制器有联锁关系点和不同控制器机柜的硬接线点强制，防止新旧程序在下装瞬间，回到执行状态时的初始扫描过程中，软件初始值引起失控状态值输出，导致设备误动作。

为此，Westinghouse西屋程序下装工作尽量选择在机组停运期间，采用相对安全的增量下装方式，少用全下装。总之，现场调试时的程序下装思维不能照搬照抄到生产运行中，因为现场调试属于模拟运行，而生产过程中是带负荷运行。
