CC-PAIN01是霍尼韦尔（Honeywell）公司生产的卡件模块，属于全新产品。该模块具有特殊工艺要求，主要用于磨削轧制机中的各种具有中凸度或中凹度（辊形曲线）的圆柱体轧辊，属于专用磨床系列。它具有以下几个运动轴：纵向的Z轴，横向的X轴，偏心套的U轴，测量装置的X1和X2轴，工件的转动，砂轮的转动。

由于轧辊的辊形曲线形状复杂及其精度控制高的特殊要求，霍尼韦尔研究开发了新一代基于SINUMERIK840D平台的纳米级数控系统，与轧辊传统加工工艺相结合，作为实现轧辊纳米级（10-6mm）的高速高精度的磨削加工控制。以通常的为单位输入数控指令，以纳米为单位进行精密的位置计算，输出控制各伺服轴运动的位置指令的“纳米级插补器”和执行该指令的高速高响应的伺服控制器。该控制器使用高速CPU和最新的伺服电动机及精密的位置测量与反馈元件，实现纳米级进给。最终实现轧辊磨床极为平滑和高速高精度进给磨削及实现高性能、高品质轧辊磨削。

CC-PAIN01 is a brand new card module produced by Honeywell. The module has special process requirements and is mainly used for grinding various cylindrical rolls with medium crown or medium concave (roll shape curve) in the rolling machine, belonging to the special grinding machine series. It has the following axes of motion: the longitudinal Z axis, the transverse X axis, the U axis of the eccentric sleeve, the X1 and X2 axes of the measuring device, the rotation of the workpiece, the rotation of the grinding wheel.

Due to the complex shape of the roll curve and the special requirements of high precision control, Honeywell has developed a new generation of nanoscale CNC system based on the SINUMERIK840D platform, which is combined with the traditional roll processing technology to achieve high-speed and high-precision grinding control of the roll nanoscale (10-6mm). The numerical control instruction is input in the usual unit, the precise position calculation is carried out in the nanometer unit, and the "nano-level interpolator" which controls the position instruction of each servo axis movement and the high-speed and high-response servo controller which executes the instruction are output. The controller uses a high-speed CPU and the latest servo motors, as well as sophisticated position measurement and feedback elements to achieve nanoscale feed. Finally, the roller grinder is extremely smooth and high-speed and high-precision feed grinding, and the realization of high performance and high-quality roll grinding.
