PLC系统主要由中央处理器(CPU)、存储器、输入单元、输出单元、通信接口、扩展接口电源等部分组成。其中,CPU是PLC的核心,输入单元与输出单元是连接现场输入/输出设备与CPU之间的接口电路,通信接口用于与编程器、上位计算机等外设连接。对于整体式PLC,所有部件都装在同一机壳内,其组成框图如图1所示;对于模块式PLC,各部件独立封装成模块,各模块通过总线连接,安装在机架或导轨上,其组成框图如图2所示。无论是哪种结构类型的PLC,都可根据用户需要进行配置与组合。尽管整体式与模块式PLC的结构不太一样,但各部分的功能作用是相同的,下面对PLC主要组成各部分进行简单介绍。
PLC通讯不上不外乎要确认四个问题:
1、plc参数和工程里的是否一致
2、通讯线是否按照接线图的引脚接线
3、工程里设置的com口在屏上接的时候是否正确
4、参数和线确认OK,的情况下,看看是不是plc程序或是plc的地址问题。
方法:
先判断参数:
1、用PLC的编程软件接上PLC测试看看PLC的参数是多少,工程里设置的参数是否和测试出来的一致。
2、在线模拟:用我们的组态软件,用PLC本身的通讯电缆和电脑相连接,在线模拟看看工程是否通讯的上。可以用个数值输入部件或是开关,对其操作,看看关掉模拟器之后再开在线模拟后之前的操作是否还在,是否直接提示NC。(NC和之前操作没有写下去即为没有通上)
PLC system is mainly composed of central processing unit (CPU), memory, input unit, output unit, communication interface, expansion interface power supply and other parts. No matter what kind of structure type of PLC, can be configured and combined according to user needs. Although the structure of the integral and modular PLC is not the same, the function of each part is the same, and the main components of the PLC are briefly introduced below.
PLC communication is no more than to confirm four problems:
1. Whether plc parameters are consistent with those in the project
2. Whether the communication line is connected according to the pin of the wiring diagram
3. Is the com port set in the project correct when it is connected on the screen
4. If the parameters and lines are confirmed OK, see if it is the plc program or the plc address problem.
How:
First determine the parameters:
1. Use PLC programming software to connect PLC test to see what the PLC parameters are, and whether the parameters set in the project are consistent with those tested.
2, online simulation: with our configuration software, with the PLC itself communication cable and computer connection, online simulation to see whether the project communication on. You can use a numerical input component or switch to operate it, and check whether the previous operation is still in place after turning off the simulator and then on the online simulation, and whether you can directly prompt NC. (NC and the previous operation is not written down, which is not connected)
