每个MTU及S800L模件两边分别具有一个总线插针及插座用于实现FCI或Modulebus模件与I/O模件之间通信的自动连接，一般Modulebus的长度不能超过2.5m，同时必须为每个MTU或S800L模件唯一的地址代码，且多一个Cluster内支持12个I/O模件。Modulebus Clu-ster可以根据现场需要灵活扩展，但整个I/O站总模件数量不能超过24个。

Generally, the length of the Modulebus should not exceed 2.5m, and the unique address code must be provided for each MTU or S800L module. In addition, 12 I/O modules are supported in one Cluster. The Modulebus Clu-ster can be flexibly expanded according to site needs, but the total number of modules in the entire I/O station cannot exceed 24.
