TrustedTM多功能现场终端组件(VFTA)设计用于作为与检测相关的现场设备之间的主接口火灾和气体危险的抑制，以及托管tm TMR区接口模块T8448。

The TrustedTM Multifunctional Field Terminal Component (VFTA) is designed to act as a primary interface for fire and gas hazard suppression between field equipment associated with detection, as well as hosting the tm TMR zone interface module T8448.

Each channel of the VFTA is configurable, enabling multiple field devices to be connected. These devices include the generation of analog and digital input signals, as well as output devices that require up to 40V digital signals.

The 40 channels are arranged in 5 power groups, each group consisting of 8 identical channels. Each power pack is powered by dual 24V DC supplies which are "universal" via diodes on the VFTA. Each channel in the supply group is then supplied.

The supply voltage is fed to the site through a 315mA fuse. The input signal (0-20mA) is fed from the field standby to effectively limit the input signal through a 50mA fuse. The voltage is developed through the input's 250R resistance (precision 0.1%) for the input module to detect the position of the field equipment.

Cables from the input module 40 to the VFTA are terminated on five 10-way connectors. The dual 24V DC power supply is connected to the VFTA via five 4-way connectors. 40 3-way connectors for field loops.

The VFTA is designed for mounting rails in either the TS32 or TS35 DIN in a horizontal or vertical position as required.
