PLC最突出的优点采用“软继电器”代替“硬继电器”。用“软件编程逻辑”代替“硬件布线逻辑”。

PLC编程语言有梯形图、布尔助记符语言，等等。尤其前两者为常用。

梯形图语言特点：

1．每个梯形图由多个梯级组成。

2．梯形图中左右两边的竖线表示假想的逻辑电源。当某一梯级的逻辑运算结果为“1”时，有假想的电流通过。

3．继电器线圈只能出现一次，而它的常开、常闭触点可以出现无数次。

4．每一梯级的运算结果，立即被后面的梯级所利用。

5．输入继电器受外部信号控制。只出现触点，不出现线圈。

The most outstanding advantage of PLC is the use of "soft relay" instead of "hard relay". Replace "hardware wiring logic" with "software programming logic".

PLC programming languages include ladder diagram, Boolean mnemonic language, and so on. Especially the first two are commonly used.

Ladder diagram language features:

1. Each ladder consists of multiple steps.

2. The vertical lines on the left and right sides of the ladder diagram represent imaginary logical power sources. When the logical operation result of a certain step is "1", there is an imaginary current passing through.

3. The relay coil can only appear once, and its normally open and normally closed contacts can appear countless times.

4. The results of each step are immediately used by subsequent steps.

5. Input relays are controlled by external signals. Only contacts appear, no coils appear.
