长期以来，国内用于上述细线的电气连接有:“拼接+锡涮锅+绝缘胶带涂布"工艺，该工艺具有以下突出优点;

(1）锡焊保证绞合导体长期有效接触，不会松动

(2)通过锡焊充分包裹导体可以防止内部导体接触空气氧化但是，该工艺也有许多缺点:

(1)）需要现场加热熔化锡焊，高温高发，存在安全隐患

(2)焊接产生烟雾，危害施工人员健康

(3）对操作人员技能要求高，受个人技能影响，接触质量—致性差，虚拟焊接、假焊

隐患

(4)由于导线连接的位置，操作困难危险，如房屋线路连接顶部需要高举锡炉，存在安全隐患

(5)施工时间长，影响施工进度

由于"拼接+锡浏锅+绝缘胶带涂布'过程中的上述问题，虽然该工艺在相关规定中要求长期使用，但在实际操作中，国内90%以上的导线连接没有采用这种工艺，大多采用“简单加捻+黑胶带”工艺。

(5) The construction time is long, affecting the construction progress
