The 6XV1840-3AH10 fieldbus structure structured cabling is implemented in accordance with the Industrial Ethernet FastConnect system conforming to the EN 50173 tertiary cabling standard.

Quick Connect (FC) Twisted Pair Quick Connect twisted pair cabling systems are ideal for structured cabling in production halls (RJ45 and M12 interfaces).

With the fast connection system used for Industrial Ethernet, cables can be connected from the office to the industrial application site in the factory.

FastConnect cables are easily assembled on site. The RJ45 cabling system is now widely used as a standard, so its industrial version also makes industrial structured cabling possible (adding cables, patching sites, installing cables, connecting slots, connecting wires).

By using FastConnect plugs and FastConnect cables as an alternative to structured cabling, point-to-point connections can reach cable lengths of Z lengths of 100 m (requiring less plugging technology).
