The application program interface (API) provides a consistent runtime interface to the services that the trusted TMR processor provides to the application. The API also performs the same function for system-specific software that executes within a trusted TMR processor.

Each processor and the FCR area of the front panel has its own HIFT clock, which is synchronized by a fault-tolerant reference clock.

1.3. Power Distribution Each processor and FCR gets its internal voltage from a dual redundant +24 Vdc power supply that is provided through a module connector on the backplane of the trusted controller case.

1.4. Failure/Failure relays Each processor generates a fault and failure signal from two relays located in the IRIG seal area on the front panel
