在实际应用中，一般使用10极（8极）滑触线进行自行小车和主控PLC之间信息的交换。10级（8极）滑触线中，电源占用4级，信息交换占用6级（4极）。

按照每个工位工艺动作的要求对滑触线进行分段，工位的工艺要求越多，数据交换的信息就越多，滑触线分段也越多。

从自行小车采集信号原理图可以看出，10级的滑触线分段之后，最多只能满足19个信号和主控PLC信息交换，且仅可满足自行小车基本工艺动作的控制，大量的报警信息无法传送到主控PLC，无法更好地显示各自行小车的状态。若需新增工艺动作，控制工艺动作的信号无法增加，从而使环线自行小车和主控PLC的信息交换量受到限制。

As can be seen from the signal acquisition schematic diagram of the self-propelled car, after the 10-level sliding contact line segment, only 19 signals and the main control PLC information exchange can be satisfied, and only the control of the basic process action of the self-propelled car can be satisfied, a large number of alarm information can not be transmitted to the main control PLC, and the status of each self-propelled car can not be better displayed. If the process action needs to be added, the signal controlling the process action cannot be increased, so that the information exchange capacity between the loop car and the main control PLC is limited.
