由于该值为脉冲信号,所以必须根据传动减速比、编码器脉冲数,计算出电机转过的圈数,而把计数值视为长度当量,具体方法为:


(1)当卷取心轴涨径时,取当前计数值(设为MD10)传送到一缓冲区(MD20),这就是计数起始值;


(2)使MD10减去MD20,得到的就是当前长度值,即S=MD10-MD20。


(3)当轧制一道次时(假定右轧),根据(2)中的方法累积右卷带长S,这个道次须手动停车;


(4)第二道次时(左轧),开始累积左卷带长,同时右卷带长S逐渐减少;


(5)根据公式Vt2-Vo2=2aS,使终点速度Vo为0,则Vt=SQRT(2aS)=K*SQRT(S);


(6)把计算出的Vt值作为主机的速度限幅,并确定好加速度a值,当实际主机速度V小于Vt时,Vt不起作用,而当实际主机速度大于Vt时,就根据Vt值控制主机的速度,并按Vt曲线自动减速,直到Vt为0时,主机速度也为0,达到自动停车的目的。

(3) When rolling one time (assuming right rolling), according to the method in (2) cumulative right coil length S, this pass must be manually stopped;


(4) At the second pass (left rolling), the left winding tape length begins to accumulate, while the right winding tape length S gradually decreases;


(5) According to the formula Vt2-Vo2=2aS, the terminal velocity Vo is 0, then Vt=SQRT (2aS) =K*SQRT (S);


(6) Take the calculated Vt value as the speed limiting of the host, and determine the acceleration a value, when the actual host speed V is less than Vt, Vt does not work, and when the actual host speed is greater than Vt, the host speed is controlled according to the Vt value, and automatically decelerated according to the Vt curve, until the Vt is 0, the host speed is also 0, to achieve the purpose of automatic shutdown.
