PCD231B101 3BHE025541R0101 Automation Control Module Do not remove the printed circuit board (PCB) from the control cabinet unless absolutely necessary.

If you must remove the PCB cabinet from the controls, follow the following precautions: Do not touch any part of the PCB other than the edges. Do not touch electrical conductors, connectors, or use conductive devices or handle parts by hand. When replacing a PCB, keep the new PCB in an anti-static plastic protective bag until you are ready to install it. Immediately remove the old PCB from the control cabinet and place it in an anti-static bag.

To prevent damage to electronic components caused by operation, read and follow Woodward Manual 82715, the guide to Preventive Measures for electronic control devices, printed circuit boards and modules. The protective ground (PE) must be connected to the back of the device, near a labeled label (or a similar unlabeled end point on 1 of the other 3 labels) to reduce the risk of electric shock.

The connection will be made using thread forming screws. Conductors providing connections must have an appropriately sized ring patch and larger wires less than or equal to 3.0 mm (12 AWG).
