The WAVECREST DTS-2079 won the "Best Test" award from Test and Measurement World, providing the picosecond accuracy, femtosecond resolution, low background noise, and high-speed domains needed to rapidly characterize semiconductor devices in terms of time, frequency, and modulation.

The DTS-2079 helps design and characterization engineers comprehensively analyze all aspects of jitter and other critical timing parameters for high frequency clock and data communication devices, including pulse width, phase, propagation delay, rise and fall times, and cycle and frequency jitter components.

The DTS-2079 can be operated synchronously or asynchronously, making it ideal for standalone desktop operation and integration into ATE systems for production. The DTS-2079 allows 100% correlation between characterization and final test by directly supporting both applications.
