在工业自动化控制中，我们经常会遇到开关量、数字量、模拟量、脉冲量等各种概念，而数字量采集模块则是用于采集数字量的。一般情况下我们说的数字量是0和1组成的信号类型，通常是经过编码后的有规律的信号。但是对于开关量来说，触点闭合可以认为是1，触点断开是0，比如深圳诚控电子的DAM-5161开关量输入模块就是把开关量转换为数字量采集信号。模拟量可以设置临界值量化，小于临界值为0，大于等于临界值为1。    

所以这么一看就知道了存在的明显差别了，像开关量为通断信号、无源信号，电阻测试法为电阻0或无穷大，主要指开入量和开出量，是指一个装置所带的辅助触点，譬如电机的温控器所带的继电器的辅助触点也就是电机超温后变位，阀门凸轮开关所带的辅助触点则是阀门开关后变位，接触器所带的辅助触点是接触器动作后变位，至于热继电器却是热继电器动作后变位。  这些点一般都传给PLC，电源一般是由PLC或综保装置提供的，自己本身不带电源，所以叫无源开关量接点，也叫PLC的开关量。

而模拟量是指一些连续变化的物理量，如电压、电流、压力、速度、流量等信号量，模拟信号是幅度随时间连续变化的信号，通常电压信号为0-10V，电流信号为4-20mA，可以用PLC的模拟量模块进行数据采集，其经过抽样和量化后可以转换为数字量。

The analog quantity refers to some continuous change of physical quantities, such as voltage, current, pressure, speed, flow and other semaphore, analog signal is the amplitude of continuous change with time signal, usually the voltage signal is 0-10V, the current signal is 4-20mA, can use the PLC analog module for data acquisition, which can be converted into a digital quantity after sampling and quantization.
