1、概述

REU615是一种专用的电压保护测控装置，有两种标准配置方案可选。标准配置A可应用于带分布式电源的电力和工业配网中基于电压和频率的保护方案。标准配置B可应用于带有载调压机构变压器的电压自动调节应用方案。两种标准配置方案还附带有断路器控制、测量以及状态监视等典型功能。REU是ABB Relion产品家族中615保护测控装置产品系列的成员。615系列保护测控装置具有结构紧凑和易拆卸的特点。

615系列保护测控装置是根据IEC61850标准在全新平台上研发和设计的，这使产品从根本上支持站内设备互操作与水平通信等特性，而不必通过附加的通信模块。

只要该装置根据具体应用加以简单设置，它就可以直接投入使用。

615系列保护测控装置支持多种通信协议，包括IEC61850（包括GOOSE水平通信）、IEC60878-5-103、以及Modbus等。

2、标准配置

电压保护测控装置REU615有两种标准配置方案可选，这些标准配置方案也可在保护测控装置管理工具PCM600中通过信号矩阵或者图形化变成的方式加以修改，而且，应用配置工具支持引用包括延时和触发器在内的多种逻辑功能模块创建多层逻辑功能。应用丰富的逻辑模块组合不同功能模块，即可实现用户的各种特殊功能需求。

3、保护功能

标准配置A可应用于母线电压监视、低周减载及负荷恢复等应用。装置还包括过频、低频、过电压、低电压、零序过电压、正序低电压、负序过电压、频率等保护功能。

标准配置A包括完善的低周减载和负荷恢复功能。通过可选的硬件模块，标准配置A还可包括三个弧光保护探头，可选的弧光保护方案可提高弧光故障情况下的人身安全并降低故障对设备的损坏程度。

标准配置B可应用于具有有载调压功能变压器的电压自动调节应用。该配置还包括三相无方向过流保护、过电压以及低电压保护，装置还具有变压器的热过负荷保护功能。

多功能保护需要配置可选的RTD/mA输入模块。可采用来自RTD/mA输入模块或模拟量GOOSE传输来的模拟量来实现多功能保护方案。

1. Overview

The REU615 is a dedicated voltage protection measurement and control device available in two standard configurations. Standard Configuration A can be applied to voltage - and frequency-based protection schemes in power and industrial distribution networks with distributed sources. Standard Configuration B can be used in automatic voltage regulation applications with on-load regulator transformers. Typical functions such as circuit breaker control, measurement, and condition monitoring are also included in both standard configurations. REU is a member of the 615 Protection Measurement and Control unit family of ABB Relion products. The 615 series protection and control device has the characteristics of compact structure and easy disassembly.

The 615 series protection measurement and control device is developed and designed on a new platform according to the IEC61850 standard, which enables the product to fundamentally support features such as inter-operation and horizontal communication of equipment in the station, without having to go through additional communication modules.

The 615 series protection and control devices support a variety of communication protocols, including IEC61850 (including GOOSE horizontal communication), IEC60878-5-103, and Modbus.

2, standard configuration

The REU615 is available in two standard configurations that can also be modified via signal matrix or graphical transformation in the PCM600, a protection device management tool, and the application configuration tool supports the creation of multiple layers of logic using multiple logic modules, including delays and triggers. The application of rich logic modules combined with different functional modules, you can achieve a variety of special functional requirements of users.

3. Protection function

Standard Configuration A can be used in applications such as bus voltage monitoring, low cycle load shedding and load recovery. The device also includes overfrequency, low frequency, overvoltage, low voltage, zero sequence overvoltage, positive sequence undervoltage, negative sequence overvoltage, frequency and other protection functions.

Standard Configuration A includes comprehensive low-cycle load shedding and load recovery functions. With optional hardware modules, standard Configuration A can also include three arc protection probes, optional arc protection solutions to improve personal safety and reduce damage to equipment in case of arc failures.

Standard Configuration B can be used in automatic voltage regulation applications with on-load voltage regulation function transformers. The configuration also includes three-phase non-directional overcurrent protection, overvoltage and low voltage protection, as well as transformer thermal overload protection.

Multi-function protection requires an optional RTD/mA input module. Multifunctional protection schemes can be implemented using analog inputs from RTD/mA input modules or analog GOOSE transmissions.
