1ABB张力计简介

张力计用来测量带钢张力，构成带钢张力的闭环控制，从而使生产线上带钢张力严格地满足工艺要求。带钢张力对酸轧连续生产线的作用十分重要，尤其对轧机线的作用更为突出，如果张力控制不合理会造成冷轧产品的厚度偏差，严重时会造成断带。而张力计的测量精度将直接影响生产线张力控制的精度，ABB的张力计精度非常高。

2ABB张力计系统的组成

如下图所示：一套完整的张力计由两个压头和一个处理单元（包括控制单元、隔离放大器和接线端子箱）组成，压头一般安装在导向辊（有时也叫测张辊）轴承座和机械框架之间。当带钢以一定的包角通过导向辊时，由于带钢的张力作用两个压头分别会产生一个压力信号，该压力信号送到处理单元处理后转换为带钢的张力，然后通过Profibus接口送到自动化系统用于带钢张力的闭环控制。

1ABB Tensiometer introduction

The tension meter is used to measure the tension of the strip and form a closed-loop control of the tension of the strip, so that the tension of the strip on the production line can strictly meet the process requirements. Strip tension plays a very important role in acid rolling continuous production line, especially in the rolling line. If the tension control is improper, the thickness deviation of cold rolled products will be caused, and the serious band breaking will be caused. The measurement accuracy of the tension meter will directly affect the accuracy of the tension control of the production line, and the accuracy of ABB's tension meter is very high.

2ABB tensiometer system composition

As shown below: A complete tensiometer consists of two indenters and a processing unit (including a control unit, an isolation amplifier and a terminal box). The indenter is usually installed between the bearing seat of the guide roll (sometimes called the tensiometer roll) and the mechanical frame. When the strip passes through the guide roll at a certain wrapping Angle, the two indenters will generate a pressure signal respectively due to the tension of the strip. The pressure signal is sent to the processing unit for processing and converted into the tension of the strip, and then sent to the automated system for closed-loop control of the strip tension through the Profibus interface.
