(1)恒转矩负载。一般起动时电机的同步转速不应超过额定转差率。即:
其中P是电机的极数;△n——额定滑差,△n = n1-ne;N1-同步速度;ne-额定速度;(1)方形扭矩载荷。由于方波转矩负载在低速时阻力矩小,所以可以适当提高起动频率。
在实际应用中,应合理设置启动频率,以解决电机启动困难和过流跳闸的问题。对于启动转矩较大的电机,首先要考虑设置合适的启动频率参数,然后根据实际负载情况设置合理的转矩提升曲线。如果起动时VFD电流过高,甚至出现过流跳闸,可以通过延长加速时间来解决。但一般来说,只要不出现流量过大的情况,提速时间尽量短,以提高效率。
