一个前置模块配置一台性能加热器,天然气换热器设置一条100%旁路,在机组启动和停机或者性能加热器不工作时,机组也能正常运行。

气侧系统除换热器外,还配备了相应的监测和保护装置。首先,双管式换热器产品自身配备泄漏监测装置,性能加热器还配备更加完备的温度、压力调节监控系统,共同构成了位于前置模块中的性能加热单元。当性能加热器需要维修时,可通过性能加热器气侧上、下游的充氮和放散阀进行充氮和放散。性能加热器采用双套管形式,以确保对工作介质和产品介质进行有效隔离。泄漏监测装置主要由感应器EKC20CP081组成,带有远程显示功能,当泄漏压力增加时,可实现远程显示。如有必要,该装置可触发警报。在双管之间有就地压力表EKC20CP501,并随带隔离阀EKC20AA301。当感应器EKC20CP081报警后,该压力表可以用来检查泄漏情况。

在性能加热器的天然气出口管道上安装有一个温度变送器EKC20CT001,用于监视天然气出口温度,同时该变送器是性能加热器控制系统的一部分。管道上还安装有温度表EKC30CT501,可就地显示天然气温度。预留接口EKC30CT401是性能试验的备用口,用于安装性能试验中的温度变送器。

One front module is equipped with a performance heater, and the natural gas heat exchanger is equipped with a 100% bypass, so that the unit can operate normally when the unit is started and stopped, or when the performance heater is not working.

In addition to the heat exchanger, the gas-side system is also equipped with corresponding monitoring and protection devices. First of all, the double-tube heat exchanger product itself is equipped with a leakage monitoring device, and the performance heater is also equipped with a more complete temperature and pressure regulation monitoring system, which together constitute the performance heating unit located in the front module. When the performance heater needs to be serviced, it can be charged and discharged through the nitrogen charging and releasing valves on the upper and lower reaches of the gas side of the performance heater. The performance heater is in the form of a double sleeve to ensure effective isolation of the working medium and the product medium. Leakage monitoring device is mainly composed of sensor EKC20CP081, with remote display function, when the leakage pressure increases, remote display can be realized. If necessary, the device can trigger an alarm. There is a local pressure gauge EKC20CP501 between the two tubes and an isolation valve EKC20AA301. The gauge can be used to check for leaks when the sensor EKC20CP081 alarms.

A temperature transmitter, EKC20CT001, is installed on the gas outlet pipe of the performance heater to monitor the gas outlet temperature and is part of the performance heater control system. A thermometer EKC30CT501 is also installed on the pipeline, which can display the temperature of natural gas on the spot. The reserved interface EKC30CT401 is a spare port for the performance test and is used to install the temperature transmitter in the performance test.
