1.系统概述
静止励磁系统通过可控硅整流桥控制励磁电流,达到调节同步发电机端电压和无功功率的目的。整个系统可分为四个主要部分:励磁变压器、两套相互独立的励磁调节器、可控硅整流器单元、起励单元和灭磁单元。
在静态励磁系统(常称自并励或机端励磁)中,励磁电源取自发电机机端。同步发电机的磁场电流经由励磁变压器、磁场断路器和可控硅整流桥供给。
励磁变压器将发电机端电压降低到可控硅整流桥所需的输入电压,为发电机端电压和磁场绕组提供电气隔离以及为可控硅整流器提供整流阻抗。可控硅整流桥将交流电流转换成受控的直流电流。
起励开始时,发动机的起励能量来自发电机残压。当可控硅整流器的输入电压升到 10V~20V 时,可控硅整流桥和励磁调节器就投入正常工作,由 AVR 控制进行软起励过程。
1. System Overview
The static excitation system controls the excitation current through the thyristor rectifier bridge to adjust the terminal voltage and reactive power of the synchronous generator. The whole system can be divided into four main parts: excitation transformer, two sets of independent excitation regulator, thyristor rectifier unit, excitation unit and excitation unit.
In a static excitation system (often called self-shunt excitation or machine-side excitation), the excitation power is taken from the generator side. The field current of synchronous generator is supplied by excitation transformer, field breaker and thyristor rectifier bridge.
The excitation transformer reduces the generator end voltage to the input voltage required for the thyristor bridge, provides electrical isolation for the generator end voltage and field windings, and provides the rectifier impedance for the thyristor rectifier. Thyristor bridge converts alternating current into controlled direct current.
At the beginning of excitation, the excitation energy of the engine comes from the residual voltage of the generator. When the input voltage of the thyristor rectifier rises to 10V~20V, the thyristor rectifier bridge and excitation regulator are put into normal work, and the soft excitation process is controlled by AVR.
