ABB电力与数字化世界上,ABB在华推出ABB Ability智能变电站控制保护系统SSC600。该方案代表着配电网保护控制的一种新方式,在变电站级将所有保护控制功能集于一体。这虽然是一种崭新的方式,但其基于ABB Relion保护和控制系列产品,具有坚实和成熟的技术基础。
ABB配电系统业务单元负责人帕林表示,“SSC600为现有变电站提供了一种快速、简单和成本效益高的方法,既可以采用保护控制领域的技术,同时可以将现有继电器作为备用保护。新的安装只需将SS600之外的合并元件进行整合。添加第二个SSC600设备就可创建具有全冗余的集中保护和控制解决方案。”
模块化软件在初始订购阶段就可以定制,并且可以在数字化变电站的寿命周期内进行灵活的修改。SSC600已准备好与电网共同升级,以适应不断变化的保护要求。持续访问软件动态将保证变电站系统的先进性。升级整个变电站系统比以往任何时候都容易,只需更新一个设备,而不需替换所有间隔层的保护和控制设备。

In the world of ABB Power and digitalization, ABB launched the ABB Ability smart substation control and protection system SSC600 in China. The scheme represents a new approach to distribution network protection control, integrating all protection and control functions at the substation level. Although this is a new approach, it is based on the ABB Relion family of protection and control products and has a solid and mature technical foundation.
Parling, head of ABB's Power Distribution Systems business unit, said: "The SSC600 provides a fast, simple and cost-effective way for existing substations to incorporate technologies from the protection control space while using existing relays as backup protection. The new installation only needs to integrate the combined components outside of the SS600. Adding a second SSC600 device creates a centralized protection and control solution with full redundancy."
The modular software can be customized at the initial ordering stage and can be modified flexibly over the life cycle of the digital substation. The SSC600 is ready to be upgraded with the grid to adapt to changing protection requirements. Continuous access to software dynamics will ensure the advanced nature of the substation system. It is easier than ever to upgrade an entire substation system by updating just one piece of equipment without replacing all the protection and control equipment in the spacing layers.
The ability to monitor and control a variety of substation equipment from one device through a centralized human machine interface (HMI) will improve state awareness of the system, making it easier to capture valuable information about the distribution process
