【1】ABB DSQC630首先用电阻法测量端子X2的1-20脚之间的电阻，一般为5K左右，如明显偏小，说明24V负载有短路现象，可检测V2,V3,U1 (FDS8958A),A1,D4(MAX4622),常见损坏元件有V2，V3，D4击穿，还有2个黄色的滤波电容。

【2】用电阻法检测插座X2的5-20脚之间的在路电阻，此电阻一般为3K左右，注意：此5V电源和A1（78L05）的5V电源没有关系，此电源是从通讯板而来的，如此电源负载短路，将会引起通讯板DGG红色灯亮，报5240故障，此5V电源负载涉及的元件比较多，也是比较难修的地方，是因为都是贴片元件，没有好的方法将贴片元件供电脚挑开，只能拆一块检测一下在路电阻，还有此故障损坏元件一般不会单一个损坏，涉及元件有D5,D6,D7(HC125),D8(FST3345),D10(CD4053)和A2611光耦。

【3】ABB配件驱动电路供电电源维修方法，（只说明其中一路，其他几路维修方法相同。以A相电源为例）

[1] ABB DSQC630 first uses the resistance method to measure the resistance between the 1-20 pins of the terminal X2, which is generally about 5K, if it is obviously small, it indicates that the 24V load has a short circuit phenomenon, and can detect V2,V3,U1 (FDS8958A),A1,D4(MAX4622), common damaged components are V2,V3, and V3. Note: The 5V power supply has nothing to do with the 5V power supply of A1 (78L05), which is from the communication board, so the power load short circuit will cause the DGG of the communication board to turn red and report the 5240 fault. The 5V power supply load involves more components and is also difficult to repair, because they are all patch components. There is no good way to pick off the power supply foot of the patch component, and only one piece can be removed to detect the in-line resistance. In addition, the damaged components are generally not damaged by a single one, which involves D5,D6,D7(HC125),D8(FST3345),D10(CD4053) and A2611 optocoupler.
