汽轮发电机组的停机方式有几种,简述过程及注意事项。汽轮发电机的停机可分为正常停机及故障停机,对于正常停机按其停机过程不同又可以分为定参数停机与滑参数停机。

即在停机过程中,主蒸汽参数保持在额定值不变,仅通过关小调门减少进汽量来减少负荷,一般可以在40-50min内将负荷减至零,电气解列,汽机打闸停机。这样停机后汽机金属温度保持在较高水平,利于再次启动,尽快接带负荷。

注意事项:在减负荷过程中,必须严格控制汽机金属温度的下降速度和温度的变化。一般要求金属温度的下降速度控制在1.5℃/min之内。

即在停机过程中,调门保持全开,仅通过降低主蒸汽的参数方法来减少负荷。如果整个过程全部采用滑参数方式,停机后汽缸温度可以达到较低的水平,有利于汽机检修,缩短工期。对于20MW以上机组一般采取滑参数方式停机。额定工况下滑停应先把负荷减至80-85%额定负荷,随主蒸汽参数降低全开调门,稳定一端时间。当金属温度降低,各部件温差减小后,开始滑停。滑停一般分段进行。严格控制汽机金属温度的下降速度和温度的变化,一般要求金属温度的下降速度控制在1.5℃/min之内。减至较低负荷时,打闸停机,锅炉熄火,电气解列发电机。

Note: In the process of load reduction, it is necessary to strictly control the decline rate and temperature change of the metal temperature of the turbine. Generally, the decrease rate of metal temperature is required to be controlled within 1.5℃/min.
