The 2715P-T12WD-B terminal was designed by Allen-Bradley as an operating terminal in the PanelView 5510 terminal family. The 2715P-T12WD-B terminal is similar to the Allen-Bradley 2715P-T12WD terminal model, but the 2715P-T12WD-B terminal is not shipped with the Allen-Bradley logo. The terminal is controlled by a 12.1 "wide touch screen and features color graphics. The touch screen is a thin film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display (LCD) screen. The touchscreen measures 10.3 x 6.4 inches and has a resolution of 800 x 600 pixels. The touch screen of the 2715P-T12WD-B terminal is illuminated by an LED backlight that cannot be replaced but lasts for at least 104 hours at a maximum ambient temperature of 50,000 degrees Fahrenheit and a brightness of 104 degrees and a half. The backlight uses about 5 watts of energy during normal operation.

The Allen-Bradley 2715P-T12WD-B operator interface terminal features 24-bit color graphics that can display up to 16.7 million colors.
