The Allen-Bradley 1794-IB32 is a Flex I/O DC input module. The module has thirty-two (32) currents injected into the input channels with an input voltage range of 19.2-31.2VDC. It is compatible with Flex I/O communication adapters and terminal mounts such as 1794-TB32, 1794-TB32S, 1794-TB62DS, 1794-TB62EXD4X15. 1794-IB32 The 1794-IB32 is an Allen-Bradley module that belongs to the Flex I/O product family of distributed I/O components. The module is an input interface device that allows the integration of field instrumentation and electrical equipment such as push button devices, limit switches, proximity sensors, float switches, process switches, relay contacts and contactor auxiliary contacts into any automatic control system or process.

The 1794-IB32 accommodates up to thirty-two (32) DC input devices. It is a 32-channel current feed current module with a minimum on-voltage range of 192.VDC per channel, a maximum range of 31.2VDC, and a nominal signal level of 24VDC. Each of the 32 channels is equipped with an LED indicator to monitor the activity of each channel. This helps identify active channels more quickly and verify properly functioning input devices. These LED indicators simply power on when a signal is received and turn off when there is no signal. This module is connected to the Flex I/O terminal base. The terminal base provides input and power terminals and DIN rail mounting slots. Compatible terminal bases for use with this high-density input module are 1794-TB32, 1794-TB32S, 1794-TB62DS, and 1794-TB62EXD4X15. The terminal base also allows the module to be removed and inserted under power.

The operating temperature of the module is 0 to 55 degrees Celsius, while its storage temperature is -40 to 85 degrees Celsius. It has an operating vibration of 500 G at 5 to 10 Hz, an operating shock of 30 G, and a non-operating shock of 50 G. 1794-IB32 has a relative humidity range of 5% to 95% with no condensation.
