The 25B-D010N104 is a 3-phase 480-volt AC drive with an output current of 10.5 amps, and unlike some Powerflex 525 drives, is rated at 5.0 HP. The drive is designed with built-in protection features such as automatic bus voltage regulation and fast current limiting, as well as a safe torque shut-off feature common to all PowerFlex 525 drives to respond faster to applications in the event of safety-related stops and to protect internal components and personnel. The 25B-D010N104 is designed with enhanced power loss traverse time and removable metal oxide varistors to provide ground fault protection when used in ungrounded conditions. The 25B-D010N104 is programmable for volt/Hertz control, sensorless vector control, closed-loop velocity vector control and permanent magnet motor control.

It utilizes pulse-width-modulated signals with a programmable carrier frequency range of 2 to 16 kHz and offers optional output voltages from 0 to the rated motor voltage range.
