The Allen-Bradley 1769-L30ERMS is a compact GuardLogix controller that is part of the 5370GuardLogix system.

The controller has integrated security and is certified for Safety Integrity Level 3(SIL 3) and Performance Level (PL)e applications. It also has an integrated motion function that supports up to four (4) motion axes.

The 1769-L30ERMS GuardLogix controller is compatible with standard CompactLogixI/O modules. It also comes with two (2) Ethernet communication interfaces that support device-level loop (DLR), linear and star topologies. In addition, it supports the Common Industrial Protocol (CIP) security protocol and socket interface, which can be used on devices that are not compatible with Ethernet I/P application protocols
