Allen-Bradley 1336-SN-SP6A Inverter Buffer Board Assembly Kit is a buffer board replacement for the 1336 series Allen-Bradley AC drive. The 1336-SN-SP6A buffer board is a standing device that does not share a common bus and is compatible with Impact, Force, Plus, and Plus series 1336 drives. In general, the 1336-SN-SP6A PCB inverter buffer board and all similar boards help to limit any rise in switching voltage and voltage transient levels in the circuit.

The 1336-SN-SP6A buffer plate assembly kit includes 3 inverter buffer plates and 15 supplied fastening screws. It is designed to be compatible with Allen-Bradley 1336 Plus, Plusll, Force, and mpact drives with 230 volt AC input voltage ratings and 40 to 50 horsepower output ratings. It is also compatible with 460-volt AC rated D-frame drives with a rated output of 60 to 100 HP.

The 1336-SN-SP6A board can be used as a replacement inverter buffer board for the 575-volt AC rated Type D frame WU1336 Plus, Plus ll, Force, and mpact series drives with power ratings between 75 and 100 HP.

The 1336-SN-SP6A inverter buffer board is not backward-compatible with any previous inverter buffer board version, it can only be used as a replacement for a buffer board with similar specifications. It is very easy to replace old buffer boards and install new ones. To install the 1336-SN-SP6A PCB inverter buffer board, first remove the housing (if available) and power off the driver. Remove the screws holding the old board in place, remove the old board, and replace it with the new board.
