从工厂的机器中取得的传感器输入信号被提供给3500监测器框架内的监测器和键相位通道。机器的数据被采集后，与报警点比较并从监测器框架送到以下一个或多个地方处理：

• 连接运行3500数据采集软件的主机的框架接口模块；

• 位于3500监测器框内的Gateway模块；         

• 位于3500监测器框架内的4通道继电器模块；

• 用于传输机械故障诊断数据的TDIx和DDIx通讯处理器。

机器数据可在以上各个地方为工厂内其他控制系统提供显示、比较或格式化数据。

The sensor input signal taken from the machine in the factory is fed to the monitor and key phase channel within the 3500 monitor frame. After the machine data is collected, it is compared with the alarm point and sent from the monitor frame to one or more of the following places for processing:

• Connect to the frame interface module of the host running the 3500 data acquisition software;

• Gateway module located in 3500 monitor frame;

• 4-channel relay module located in the 3500 monitor frame;

• TDIx and DDIx communication processors for transmitting mechanical fault diagnosis data.

Machine data can provide display, comparison, or formatting data for other control systems in the plant at each of these locations.
