Product description

The 3500/65 monitor offers 16 temperature channels and accepts two resistance temperature detectors (RTDS) and isolated tip thermocouple (TCS) temperature inputs. The monitor adjusts these inputs and compares them to user programmable alarm setting points.

The monitor uses 3500 rack programming configuration software. You can configure a 16-channel temperature monitor to receive isolated tip thermocouples, 3-wire RTDS, 4-wire RTDS, or a combination of TC and RTD inputs.

In a three-mode redundancy (TMR) configuration, you must install temperature monitors with 3 displays in each group. In this configuration, the monitor uses two types of voting to ensure accurate operation and avoid a single point of failure.
