  2、工作环境恶劣。如电动机在阳光下曝晒，环境温度超过40℃，或在通风不畅的环境条件下运行，会引起电动机温升道高。可搭简易凉棚遮荫或用鼓风机、风扇吹风，更应注意电动机本身通风道的油污及灰尘，以冷却条件。

 3、电源电压过高或过低。电动机在电源电压变动-5％—+10％范围内运行时，可保持额定功率不变。若电源电压超过额定电压的10％，会引起铁心磁通密度急剧增加，使铁损增大而导致电动机过热。具体检查方法是，用交流电压表测量母线电压或电动机的端电压，若是电网电压原因，应向供电部门反映解决；若是电路压降过大，应更换较大截面积的导线和缩短电动机与电源的距离。

If the power supply voltage exceeds 10% of the rated voltage, it will cause a sharp increase in the magnetic flux density of the core, which will increase the iron loss and cause the motor to overheat. The specific inspection method is to measure the bus voltage or the end voltage of the motor with an AC voltmeter. If the grid voltage is the reason, it should be reflected to the power supply department. If the circuit voltage drop is too large, the wire with a larger cross-sectional area should be replaced and the distance between the motor and the power supply should be shortened.
