在PLC输出电路中往往需要注意对驱动电路和负载器件的保护：

1）对于继电器这类电感性负载，必须安装火花器。

2）对于容性负载，应在信号输出负载线路中串联限流电阻。电阻阻值应确保负载承受的瞬时电流和电压被限制在额定值内。

3）在用晶体管输出直接驱动指示灯时，冲击电流可能损坏晶体管。为此应设置保护电阻以防晶体管被击穿。

4）当被驱动负载是电磁开关、电磁离合器、电磁阀线圈等交流负载，或虽是直流负载，但工作电压或工作电流超过输出信号的工作范围时，应先用输出信号驱动小型中间继电器（一般工作电压＋24V），然后用它们的触点接通强电线路的功率继电器或直接去激励这些负载。

In the PLC output circuit, it is often necessary to pay attention to the protection of the driver circuit and load devices:

1) For inductive loads such as relays, a spark device must be installed.

2) For capacitive loads, the current limiting resistance should be in series in the signal output load line. The resistance value should ensure that the instantaneous current and voltage to which the load is subjected is limited to the rated value.

3) When the transistor output is used to drive the indicator directly, the impulse current may damage the transistor. For this reason, a protection resistor should be set up to prevent the transistor from being broken down.

4) When the driven load is an AC load such as a solenoid switch, electromagnetic clutch, solenoid valve coil, or although it is a DC load, but the working voltage or working current exceeds the working range of the output signal, the output signal should be used first to drive a small intermediate relay (general working voltage +24V). Then use their contacts to turn on the power relay of the strong current line or directly deexcite these loads.
