The 3500/25-PWA149369-01 is an enhanced bond phase module manufactured by Bently Nevada for mechanical condition monitoring systems. A half-height dual-channel module known as the 3500/25 Enhanced Key Phase module transmits the key signal to the monitor module in the 3500 frame.

When the key phase marker on the axis is aligned with the key phase sensor, the module detects the alignment using a magnetic sensor or proximity probe and converts the input signal into a digital key trust signal. The 3500 Mechanical protection system can accept up to four key trust numbers for a regular setup and up to eight for a paired configuration.

The enhanced 3500 system module is called the Enhanced bond phase module. While maintaining full backward compatibility with existing Keyphasor modules in terms of shape, fit, and functionality, it can be used in legacy systems, providing enhanced Keyphasor signal processing capabilities compared to previous designs. The modified 149369-01 module completely replaces the Keyphasor module PWA 125792-01.
